Eliminates the micro-freezes when players switch weapons. It removes the deploy time (draw time) of weapons and forces the client to use ex_interp 0.01. This makes movement and shooting feel incredibly smooth, responsive, and free from micro-stutters.

Although we discussed that a pure AMXX plugin cannot magically upgrade a server's CPU, the implementation includes server-side optimizations. It works best in combination with ReHLDS CVars (sv_rehlds_local_gametime, sv_rehlds_force_dlmax) and a Metamod Booster (like Booster 2.40) to force high server FPS (1000) and stabilize the hit-registration.
